Hello dear Chefs and Cooks….
This is Chef Vishal Sharma, I have been working as a Chef since 2015 in Brisbane Australia. Throughout my 9 years career, I have gained knowledge and experience as a chef like how to manage the whole kitchen process by following all the kitchen rules, regulations, high standard food quality, WHS/OHS etc. I completed my skill assessment as a chef through JRP test JRWA via Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) in Australia.

So, whatever I have learned so far from my personal experience and after providing an online coaching to 3000+ chefs in Australia, I am very excited to create this content and I hope it will help you to pass your skill assessment test as a Chef/Cook in very first attempt, via pathways like JRP (JRWA)(RPL) (Chef technical interview)
